1. عدم إمكانية استبدال بعض المنتجات

بناءً على توجيهات وزارة الصحة، لا يُسمح باستبدال بعض المنتجات.

2. الحالات المؤهلة للاستبدال

3. إجراءات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

4. استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة
